Rent2Grow

Empowered DIY Cannabis Solutions

The Best Option for A Safe & Smart Community

Rent2Grow offers a first-of-its-kind facility, platform and community for individuals to safely and cost-effectively grow their own medicinal or recreational marijuana, away from their homes and residences.

The Rent2Grow model is designed to accommodate the needs of urban cultivators, providing a turnkey solution that removes the dangers and guesswork, providing on-site expertise, supplies and infrastructure for home growers to be successful in this exciting and dynamic new market.

Rent2Grow empowers private citizens to cultivate, harvest and store any produce they are legally allowed to produce, in specialized facilities engineered for that purpose. The company provides clients an elegant, integrated solution – highly engineered pods designed to maximize yield and safety, goals that often conflict in urban home-grow situations.

Rent2Grow clients avoid the problems of home grows that are quickly becoming widely known and publicized. These include potentially dangerous and expensive electrical wiring, equipment and space requirements, pesticides and smell. Rent2Grow allow clients to take these problems out of the house and away from kids and pets, providing a comfortable and confidential grow environment.

Rent2Grow pods are modular and private, but enjoy the benefits of innovative integration and environmentally sound engineering. The sites are monitored, allowing clients to see their crops and materials at all times. Supplies are provided onsite to ensure uniformity and a pesticide-free, controlled environment. Rent-2-Grow works with local city and safety officials to ensure compliance.

R2G Franchise/License Model:

It works just like your typical franchise operation.  The difference is in the margins, which are better than 85% of any other Franchise opportunity.  We offer a complete end-to-end solution that covers every conceivable process from identifying target areas, to granular marketing campaigns, for various demographics.

Our Proof of Concept launch converted new lease holders at an average of $24 per, for a four month cycle.  Retention levels (beyond the first cycle) were 100%, but are expected to settle-in at a reasonable, 40% churn rate.

The R2G2 POD (RENT 2 GROW 2 STAGE) is a personal Eco-system designed to be in lock-step with the current laws regarding cultivation and storing, to ensure consumers are compliant, while yielding the safest and highest quality product they can produce.  Our Pods are over-engineered for quality and safety and exceed the standards being used at commercial grow and professional agricultural facilities today.

All-in-One Standard Pods
Our Standard Pods are a roomy 16 square feet (4’ by 4’). Each Pod has its own environmental control station located outside of the unit to maximize grow space. Each room is equipped with an irrigation system, adjustable ventilation, power supply, Black Dog LED grow lights, and climate control. Additionally, we have equipped each R2G2 unit with a webcam to watch video, take and control pictures and play music proven to increase the growth rate of crops.

All-in-One R2G2 Units
For farmers who require less space, our S-Class Pods are 8 square feet (4’ by 2’). Each S-Class Pod unit shares the same technology as our Standard R2G2 Pods, including an irrigation system, adjustable ventilation, power supply, BlackDog LED lights, and climate control.
